5. Harley-Davidson Iron 1200

The Iron 883 was formerly the entry-level model for the American brand, but it has now moved up into the hierarchy with the introduction of the Street 750 and 500. Harley-Davidson took the next logical step and placed it into the Iron in a 1202cc car. The Iron 1200 is to share its V-Twin 1202cc engine with the Forty Eight Special. This’ Evolution ‘ engine produces torque of 96Nm at 4000rpm.
The Iron 1200 will retain similar appearance to the Iron 883. It gets a blacked-out paint scheme along with a blacked-out engine, though the chrome pushrods are. It gets a 19 “front wheel and a 16” rear wheel. The handlebars are of the form of ape-hanger, and a single seat derived from the style of a café-racer. The headlamp has a cowl introduced by the Street show, and carries 12.5 liters of fuel in the fuel tank.
The Iron 1200 is set to launch shortly after its global launch in India. It will offer an update to existing Iron owners, and will also be an option for those who don’t like the Forty Eight retro-inspired styling.
4. Harley-Davidson Sport Glide [2019]

The Sport Glide is one of the Harley-Davidson range’s sporty baggers. The company has been working hard to make it more rideable by a larger audience. As such it gets a low back, a narrower-than-before crankcase, a fairing that avoids chest windblast, and enjoyable handling, at least in keeping with Harley specifications. It runs current-generation model Softail chassis and Milwaukee-Eight 107 engine. The seating triangle is not as wide as a conventional H-D, as it is designed to attract a global audience. An optional rough tailbag is also available to carry more luggage while visiting.The front forks are twisted, but the full-fat dual bending valve tech is not available. The Sport Glide also gets the front brake only with a single front disc.
The Sport Glide competes with the likes of the more conventional bagger, the Triumph Thunderbird LT.
3. Triumph Bonneville T120 Black

The Bonneville T120 Black is a new addition to the Bonneville motorcycle family of Triumph. While mechanically similar to the Bonneville T120 standard, the Black models are available in pre-custom trims and two exclusive paint schemes.
The Bonneville T120 Black is, as the name suggests, a black out variant of the regular motorcycle. The frame, engine coverings, forks and exhaust are all finished in matte black, giving a menacing look to the motorcycle. The detailed aluminum on the motor and the foot pegs contrast beautifully with the black paint scheme, while the brown leather seat adds class to the motorcycle. Triumph retained the classic form and standard Bonneville T120 styling.
Powering the Bonneville T120 is the same’ high torque’ liquid-cooled 1200cc engine which delivers 105Nm of torque through a six-speed transmission. Driver aids include Brakes, traction control, driver mode and a clutch slip assist. The Bonneville T120 comes in two exclusive paint schemes–black jet and matte graphite.
2. Harley-Davidson Custom 1250

Harley-Davidson had revealed a slew of models to be released in the next few years and one such model is the Custom 1250. It will be based on a modular platform which will also be the basis for its upcoming streetbike, and will have a 1250cc engine as the name suggests. It will be basically in the cruiser style although it has a single seat that ends in a cowl on a café racer that will be more at home. Likewise the high-mounted exhausts on a scrambler would look more in place. Then there’s the front brake–it could displace 1250cc, but HD has seen fit to provide it with only one front disk.Given all this, we think it will eventually turn out to be a good seller for the business in the markets where it is based.
The Custom 1250 will arrive in India in 2020, but due to its price tag and exclusivity, we won’t see too many of them on the roads here.
1. Hyosung Aquila GV300

The GV300 is the replacement for the Aquila GV250 and is an improvement in displacement over the 250 as the name suggests. It provides 26bhp and 24Nm of its oil-cooled V-twin engine, which is 275cc. It is fitted with a five-speed gearbox and provides a fuel tank of 14 litres. ABS is going to be normal, and is a dual channel system.
At its price point of Rs 3 lakh the GV300 won’t have any direct competition, but the Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500 is an option at a very different price point. Instead, the BMW G 310 GS can be considered by those looking for a touring motorcycle too.
