Hope Elizabeth Soberano was born to Filipino father John Castillo Soberano of Pangasinan and American mother Jacqulyn Elizabeth Hanley in Santa Clara, California. She was brought up by her paternal grandparents in Visalia, California, after their parents divorced. She moved to Manila, Philippines in 2008, when she was 10, to stay with her father and relatives.
At the age of 12, she had been offered jobs to model for print ads since moving to Manila. At 13, she was noticed by a talent scout and introduced to Ogie Diaz, who is her current talent manager. Since at the time she was unable to speak Tagalog, her talent manager urged her to be fluent in the language, so she could land successful television and film projects.

Alexandra Anna Daddario was born in New York City on March 16, 1986, Christina’s eldest sister, an attorney, and Richard Daddario, a lawyer and former head of counter-terrorism unit for the New York City Police Department under Mayor Michael Bloomberg. She is of Italian, Irish, English, and Hungarian / Slovak descent. Her uncle, Matthew Daddario, is also an actor and Catharine has a niece. Her paternal grandfather was US Democratic leader Emilio Q. Daddario. Connecticut House of Representatives, from 1959 to 1971.
At the age of 16, Daddario made her television debut when she played victimized teen Laurie Lewis in All My Children’s ABC daytime soap opera. Her first major role in fantasy adventure movie Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010) was as Annabeth Chase. She has also played a recurring role as Kate Moreau’s love interest in the procedural drama series White Collar by Neal Caffrey in the USA Network. She co-starred in Hall Pass in 2011, and played a recurring role as Rachel in NBC’s Parenthood comedy-drama show.

She rose to fame as a child with her first professional appearance as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter film series, having previously only acted in school plays.
By the age of 10, Watson had performed productions and school plays in Stagecoach, including Arthur: The Young Years and The Happy Prince, but before the Harry Potter series she had never acted professionally. Watson went on to Headington College, Oxford following the Dragon Exam. She and her friends were tutored for up to five hours a day when they were on movie sets. She took GCSE school exams in 10 subjects in June 2006, attaining eight grades A * and two A. She took levels of AS in English, Geography, Music, and History of Art in May 2007.
